Diversity: Why is it important for companies?

In the diagram shown above you will find the percentages of: people willing to give up their jobs due to lack of diversity, the impact diversity has at one's work on a day-to-day basis, and a graph showing the positive impact versus the negative impact diversity has, on a company.

Diversity In The Workforce

Diversity in the workplace is very important to a business, as it shows that the company is hiring people of different race, religions,age,ethnic groups etc. to come together and build a good environment in the workplace. This also allows customers to adjust and be comfortable with that company when employees of all genders, race, religions and so, are working to make the customers experience with the company a good one. A company who claims to be a diverse workforce is a excellent job opportunities to those with disabilities as well, which is a good thing, seeing as many with disabilities find it hard to find jobs.
